Clean Rooms
A work area in which the air quality, temperature and humidity are highly regulated in order to protect sensitive equipment from contamination. Clean rooms are important features in the production of silicon chips, hard disk drives and other technologies such as satellites. The air in a clean room is repeatedly filtered to remove dust particles and other impurities that can damage the production of highly sensitive technologies.

Server Rooms

Raised floor server rooms require careful planning procedures to facilitate the installation of equipment weighing far above the standard 400 lbs. per s/ft most server rooms have incorporated into them.
Canadian Millwright Services has millwrights trained for the
installation and service of equipment used in server rooms
and clean rooms up to but not limited to level 1000. These areas
require strict practices and procedures which
must be adhered to. We have available the tools, equipment and fixtures
needed
for working in these specialized rooms.
The installation of equipment in these rooms usually poses some form of
difficulty. From raised tile floors in down drafted rooms
with not enough support per square foot for the equipment
which must be setup in them, to rooms located on the higher floors of
office buildings. These are just examples of some of the situations our
millwrights and riggers have had to overcome. With proper planning,
even the most difficult projects have been met with success.
Canadian Millwright Services has installed equipment weighing far more
than the rating of these floors. This has been accomplished by
spreading the load and or fabricating custom engineered support stands.
